Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Erin tolerated having her picture taken this morning, but only barely. I couldn't help it! Her name is Erin, so she needs to be dressed appropriately for St. Patrick's Day, whether he was really Irish or not. Hopefully we can get some more fun ones this afternoon.

Little Miss Sunshine

Erin's dressed all in yellow today. Such a cutie pie. :)

Yes, her hair is sticking up on the side. I tried to wet it and comb it down, but alas, she has inherited her Daddy's cowlicks. She's gonna have to have long hair, I guess.

10 months old!

What? I'm ten months old?

I don't believe you. It's just too shocking.

Where's the cheerio?

During every meal, Erin gets a spoon of her own to play with and some puffs or Cheerios to keep her hands busy. She loves the cheerios and is very good at picking them up, but they don't always make it into her mouth.


She was very happy with her yogurt dinner on this particular day, she just really likes playing with her cheerios.

Here's one more video, of Erin playing with her shape sorter that has a telephone on it. I initially took this video to get her babbling, but she barely talked as soon as I turned the camera on. Both before and after, she was a little chatterbox. Figures.

Dancing with the Giraffe

Erin loves her Go Baby Go Sit to Stand Giraffe. She loves to play with it, but sometimes we need to get the music going. She hasn't figured out how to put the ball in the giraffe's mouth yet, but she can at least get them on the track!

If you look in the background, you can see her silent watcher, who seems to be there every evening, our cat Marti. He's very curious about Erin, but he can't let go of his cautious nature and get too close! He still tolerates Erin more than he tolerates Todd!
